What To Expect When You Volunteer for the Fall Festival

Park in the parking area around the barnyard. Arrive the barn area by 5:30PM. We will gather for prayer, talking about the roles, and allow you all to sort through the roles for the evening.

We will have a volunteer lanyard for you so you can be identified for the event.

Various roles:

Parking: 3-4 People Registration in Red Barn: 3-4 People Fire-Pit: 1 to 2 People

Greet onTop of Hill, Stop and Instruct People to Park and Register at Red Barn: 1 to 2 People

Gaga Pit: 1 to 2 People Serve Food/Beverages: 4-6 People Hayride Gate: 1 Person

Pumpkin Patch: 2 People Testimonies on Hayride: 3 People

Feel free to rotate to each areas on your own as long as there is coverage. Please share your faith and love on the people as they move about. Conversations and prayer are encouraged. There can be 100 people show up to 700 based on past events. Be ready to have a slow ride or a freight train rolling through kind of evening. Thank you for stepping up to serve. Hopefully as things slow down after 8pm or so, you can enjoy the festivities as well.
